Jakarta, INTI – The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Kominfo) continues to accelerate national digital transformation efforts through the development of application domains and digital infrastructure. Minister of Communication and Information Technology Budi Arie Setiadi stated that the development of this integrated digital system aims to support the integration of public services, in line with the mandate of Presidential Regulation Number 82 of 2023 concerning the Acceleration of Digital Transformation and Integration of National Digital Services (PTKLDN).
During the Limited Release of the INApas, INAku, and INAgov services at the INA Digital Office, South Jakarta, on Monday (30/09/2024), Budi Arie revealed that the Government Service Integration System (SPLP), Government Intranet (JIP), and the National Data Center (PDN) have become the main foundations in accelerating the digitalization of government services.
SPLP: Effectively Connecting Government Services
SPLP, as a platform that integrates government services, has successfully covered 61% of the 629 central and regional government agencies. In its two years of operation, SPLP has achieved a Service Level Agreement (SLA) of 99.5%, demonstrating the system's high reliability and performance.
"With SPLP, various government agencies can connect with each other, facilitating coordination and data sharing between ministries, agencies, and local governments," said Budi Arie.
JIP: Integrated Central-Regional Network
In addition to SPLP, the Government Intranet (JIP) also plays an important role as a closed intranet system between the central and regional governments. JIP has now successfully connected 98 out of 109 ministries, agencies, and local governments, enabling fast and secure information exchange across various government sectors.
"JIP is the backbone of inter-agency communication infrastructure, ensuring that the required information can be accessed in real-time and securely by the relevant agencies," Budi Arie explained.
PDN: The Foundation for SPBE
In the field of infrastructure, the National Data Center (PDN) plays a central role in supporting the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE). PDN is designed to facilitate the integration of business processes, data, and information, as well as the security of the government digital system.
"PDN is the heart of the digital government system we are building. It ensures that all government data, information, and services are stored and managed securely and efficiently," he added.
Building a Digital Government Ecosystem
The Minister of Communication and Information Technology also explained that the implementation of PTKLDN focuses not only on infrastructure development but also on the provision of integrated and secure digital services. This involves three main pillars, namely Digital ID, the Data Exchange Platform, and Digital Payment.
Digital ID guarantees the protection of identity and personal data, while the Data Exchange Platform acts as an “information highway” facilitating the integration of various public services. Digital Payment, on the other hand, provides convenience for the public in conducting transactions instantly and securely.
"We are building a digital government ecosystem oriented towards easy and secure access for the public as well as efficiency for government agencies," explained Budi Arie.
Collaboration Hopes for National Transformation
In his closing remarks, Minister of Communication and Information Technology Budi Arie expressed his appreciation for the Limited Release of the INApas, INAku, and INAgov services. These three services represent the first steps toward a reliable and integrated digital government ecosystem.
"I hope this effort will spur collaboration between the government, the private sector, and the public in realizing a productive and sustainable national digital transformation," he emphasized.
The event was also attended by several high-ranking officials, including Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Abdullah Azwar Anas, Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Erick Thohir, and President Director of Peruri Dwina Septiani Wijaya.
