Minister Budi Arie Encourages the Development of Healthy Television Broadcasts

Jakarta, INTI - Minister of Communication and Information Technology Budi Arie Setiadi has urged the national broadcasting industry to develop healthy television broadcasts.

"Let us together realize a national broadcasting industry that is educational, healthy, and beneficial," he expressed through a video broadcast during the Ramadan Broadcasting Awards (ASR) 2024 at the Bung Karno Auditorium, TVRI Central Office, Central Jakarta, on Wednesday (08/05/2024).

According to Minister Budi Arie, the provision of healthy broadcasts includes producing programs that convey messages of unity.

"To continue producing television broadcasts that convey messages of unity," he emphasized.

The Minister of Communication and Information Technology appreciates the collaboration of the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission, the Indonesian Ulema Council, and the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia in the Annual Program of the Ramadan Broadcasting Awards (ASR) 2024.

"I fully support the implementation of ASR as an appreciation for broadcasting institutions, which have provided both entertainment and guidance during the month of Ramadan," he stated.

Minister Budi Arie also congratulated all the winners of ASR 2024, which had the theme "Weaving Unity through Soothing Ramadan Broadcasts."

"I congratulate all the winners of ASR 2024. May this spur your enthusiasm," he remarked.

The ASR event has now been held for the 10th time. There are 21 winners from 21 categories, including:
