INTI,- Presiden Joko Widodo has officially opened the Indonesian Pavilion at Hannover Messe 2023. As an official partner country, Indonesia is showcasing 157 exhibitors from various fields according to the theme of Hannover Messe 2023.

The Indonesian Pavilion at Hannover Messe 2023 takes the form of a pinisi ship, which is designed to reflect Indonesia's spirit in facing future challenges. The ship has two main masts that reflect the foundation of Indonesia's industrial transformation, downstreaming industries, and accelerating the transition to clean energy. Meanwhile, another symbol in the form of seven sails reflects the priority sectors promoted in this exhibition, such as food, textiles, automotive, electronics, chemicals, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals.

They come from private companies, state-owned enterprises, industrial estates, special economic zones, and other sectors, especially those related to industrial technology.

One of the exhibition participants at the Indonesian Pavilion is the Nusantara Capital (IKN). At this exhibition, IKN is showcasing three sides: green economy, sustainable economy, and automated mobility. Indonesia displayed the latest innovations and technologies from various industrial sectors and demonstrated its readiness to face future challenges.

The Indonesian Pavilion has garnered attention from visitors due to its unique and eye-catching design. The pinisi ship, a traditional Indonesian boat, showcases the country's culture and heritage while also highlighting its commitment to industrial transformation and clean energy. Pinisi is a traditional Indonesian sailing ship that originated from the Bugis-Makassar communities of South Sulawesi. These ships are characterized by their large size, elegant lines, and distinctive twin masts that can reach up to 35 meters high. The design of the Pinisi ship is based on centuries-old traditions, but it has been refined over the years to include modern materials and technologies.

The Indonesian Pavilion is an important platform for Indonesia to promote its potential in various sectors and attract more investors to the country. Through this exhibition, Indonesia hopes to strengthen its partnership with Germany and other European countries and increase its trade and investment cooperation. It reflects Indonesia's commitment to sustainable development and renewable energy, and it highlights the country's diverse and dynamic economy, which offers numerous investment opportunities for global investors.***.Hans
