Anti-Drone Defense System: Latest Innovation at INTI 2024
Jakarta, INTI 2024 - At the Indonesia Technology and Innovation (INTI) 2024 event held at JIEXPO Kemayoran, Jakarta, anti-drone defense technology became a major highlight. Deputy Speaker of the Indonesian House of Representatives from the Gerindra Party, Fadli Zon, attended and directly visited the APTIKNAS Pavilion to see this innovation.
Accompanied by APTIKNAS Chairman Ir. Soegiharto Santoso, SH, commonly known as Hoky, Fadli Zon looked enthusiastic as he observed various information and communication technology products and services on display. One technology that caught his attention was the DDD (Drone Detect & Disable System) Anti-Drone Defense System, introduced by the PT Masterdata Digital Cyberindo team.
"The DDD system is an innovative solution for air security, in accordance with the standards of the Ministry of Defense," said Andi Tanudiredja from the PT Masterdata Digital Cyberindo team. This system is specifically designed to effectively detect and disable drones with a detection range of up to 25 kilometers.
Using Intelligent Communication Disruption (ICD) technology, the DDD system can disrupt vital communications such as flight commands and GPS coordinates, allowing drone operations to be neutralized. This technology is the result of collaboration with Twoway Group Taiwan and is expected to become a mainstay in maintaining air security in Indonesia.
The presence of this anti-drone technology has received positive responses from visitors and industry players. They hope such innovations can continue to be developed and widely adopted to enhance security and efficiency across various sectors.
INTI 2024 is an important event for industry players to showcase the latest innovations and build strategic collaborations to face the challenges of the digital era. With the theme "Empowering Future Technologies," this event is expected to formulate a national strategy to support inclusive and sustainable digital transformation.
