Upon completion, AeroVironment shareholders will own approximately 60.5% of the combined company, while BlueHalo shareholders will retain a 39.5% stake. Arlington Capital Partners, the majority owner of BlueHalo, will continue to hold a significant ownership interest in the new entity.

Nawabi will lead the combined company as Chairman, President, and CEO, while Jonathan Moneymaker, BlueHalo’s CEO, will serve as a strategic advisor, ensuring a smooth integration and continued focus on innovation.
